Naturopath licensure

Description
The Board of Healing Arts will now 'license' naturopaths. The profession has previously been 'registered.' After objections from KMS, the bill was amended to remove language to allow prescribing or administering prescription drugs or controlled substances, topical or otherwise, and administration of bioidentical hormones to the profession in Kansas. Language allowing naturopaths to conduct school assessments was also removed.
