Description
The governor's offcie is now prevented from using the allotment process, which will protect the HCSF and avoid the problem of having privately practicing physicians and hospitals throughout the state pick up the state’s financial obligations realtive to defense costs and indemnity payments on behalf of KU physicians and residents. State paybacks are now deferred until Fiscal Year 2014.
