Description
Implements a statewide smoking ban starting July 1, 2010 which prohibits smoking at indoor public places and places of employment with exceptions to allow smoking in tobacco shops, state-owned casinos, certain private clubs, 20 percent of the state’s hotel rooms, and designated areas of long-term care homes.
