KMS Alliance

Greetings from the Kansas Medical Society Alliance, I'm glad you have taken this opportunity to learn about our organization. We are a part of the AMA Alliance, which is the largest, most influential grassroots organization representing physician's spouses nationwide. The pro-active volunteer voice of the AMA, the Alliance is dedicated to promoting better public health, ensuring sound health care legislation, and fund-raising for medical education.

Our members are enthusiastic, energetic, hard working individuals who share common goals as advocates for the future of the family of medicine, the medical family and medicine in Kansas.

Alliance membership can provide a multitude of benefits to you: friendships, leadership training, and fund-raising opportunities just to name a few. Many of our members are enjoying volunteering in their children's classrooms and are making a difference in the character development of our youth, directly affecting the outcome of bullying and violence in our schools.

We have a desire to improve the quality of life and enhance the perception of medicine by working hand in hand with our local alliances, our communities and our state organizations on significant and worthwhile programs.
